if your update is still valid delete the folder/s that have the problem and do an update

 If you saved a back up re install the ones giving you a problem.If your update is expired there is not much else you can do except buy a years update..Regards Austin

  I'm considering upgrading from a DS708 to a MS908 in the future. $1200 is a lot to pay to update a MS908 P and find out the SSD is what is wrong after you buy the update, but the question remains how do you back up the MS 908 data software externally  before your update period has ended , How can you do it ?
  After  Up date period expired, somehow certain makes quit working and have corrupted data files on SSD ? How do you  reinstall those backup files you made on a PC, back onto the internal drive again after the expired update period without paying for an update if prompt require authorization? I think on a DS 708 you might be up and running with a back up software copied to another SD card
